I just emailed sopplus as this is probably not monitored by them to see if they can look into it.

I have encountered this before on a computer. The configuration was corrupted.
I believe I cleared out everything in the folder:
C:\Users%username%\AppData\Roaming\SopPlus Player\
..with the program obviously closed, and restarted it and it should work. If you can't delete those files, uninstall the Player, then remove them, and reinstall.
It appears to be down and was constantly dropping/disconnecting my stream yesterday. Can you guys possibly do a official twitter and update it when there are issues? I hope someone with you guys actually looks at this.
